1 Introduction

Welcome to OmniCore, a cloud-based ERP platform developed and operated by RootByte. By accessing or using the OmniCore platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including company owners, employees, and administrators.

2 Registration & Accounts

To use OmniCore, you must create a company account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

Providing truthful and up-to-date company information.
Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
All activity that occurs under your account.
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3 Subscriptions & Payment

OmniCore offers subscription plans with varying features and limits. Payment terms include:

Plans are billed monthly, semi-annually, or annually based on your selection.
Payment is processed through the Wayl payment gateway in Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
Subscriptions auto-expire at the end of the billing cycle unless renewed.
Refunds are not available once a subscription period has begun.

4 Free Trial

New companies receive a 14-day free trial with access to the Starter plan features. No payment information is required during the trial.

When the trial period ends, your account will be set to expired status. You must subscribe to a paid plan to continue creating new records. Your data will remain accessible in read-only mode during the grace period.

5 Data Retention & Deletion

Important: Please read this section carefully.

After your subscription expires, your company data will be retained for 30 days.
A warning email will be sent to the account owner at day 7 and day 25 after expiry.
After the 30-day grace period, all company data will be permanently deleted. This includes all invoices, inventory records, financial transactions, employee data, and any other information stored in the system.

Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend exporting your data before your subscription expires.

To avoid data loss, renew your subscription before the 30-day grace period ends.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree to use OmniCore only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
Attempt to access other companies' data or accounts.
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the platform.
Upload malicious software or interfere with the service's operation.

7 Intellectual Property

OmniCore, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of RootByte. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Your business data remains your property. We do not claim ownership of any data you enter into the system.

8 Limitation of Liability

OmniCore is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for reliability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of errors.

RootByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including data loss due to expired subscriptions or technical issues.

9 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of OmniCore after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
