New companies receive a 14-day free trial with access to the Starter plan features. No payment information is required during the trial.

When the trial period ends, your account will be set to expired status. You must subscribe to a paid plan to continue creating new records. Your data will remain accessible in read-only mode during the grace period.

5 Data Retention & Deletion

Important: Please read this section carefully.

Once data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend exporting your data before your subscription expires.

To avoid data loss, renew your subscription before the 30-day grace period ends.

OmniCore is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for reliability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absence of errors.

RootByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including data loss due to expired subscriptions or technical issues.

Continued use of OmniCore after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
